TERMS OF DELIVERY FOR CAMPER FAMILY CYMRU

We offer various delivery methods, including standard shipping, express shipping, and pallet deliveries for larger items. The delivery method for your order will depend on the size, weight, and nature of the items purchased. You will be informed of the delivery method and associated costs during the checkout process or at the time of ordering.


SECTION 2 - DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of ordering. While we strive to meet these delivery times, they are not guaranteed, and we shall not be held liable for any delays caused by third-party couriers, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond our control.


SECTION 3 - DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order. These costs will be clearly communicated to you before finalizing your purchase. For pallet deliveries, additional handling fees may apply and will be disclosed during the ordering process.


SECTION 4 - PALLET DELIVERIES

For large or bulky items, pallet delivery may be required. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery and that the delivery location is accessible for a pallet truck.

When receiving a pallet delivery:

  1. Inspect the goods for any visible damage before signing for the delivery.

  2. If any damage is noted, record this on the delivery receipt and inform us immediately.

  3. Do not accept delivery of damaged goods without documenting the issue.

Failure to inspect the goods upon delivery may impact your ability to claim for any damages.


SECTION 5 - INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY

It is essential that all goods are inspected upon delivery. Any damages, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. If you fail to report any issues within this timeframe, we may be unable to process a claim or provide a replacement.


SECTION 6 - DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

We deliver to most locations within the United Kingdom. If you are located outside of our standard delivery zones, please contact us for a custom delivery quote. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain areas or addresses at our discretion.


SECTION 7 - FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or unavailability of a recipient, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the order.


SECTION 8 - RISK AND OWNERSHIP

Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the goods remains with Camper Family Cymru until full payment has been received.
